The lockdown is a brilliant time to up your game and improve your skills! Don’t let the time go by without refining your technique, control, touch, perception and balance.


Dribbling is an essential skill to master for the game.

STEP 1: Keep the ball close! Start slow, and make sure you use the inside of your foot.

STEP 2: Practise with your right and your left foot. Make sure you only speed it up when you have control of the ball. It can’t go to far ahead of you.
